I am a PRINCE2 qualified project manager, and have worked on a wide range of capital projects in the education, local government, arts and heritage sectors.  Recent projects include a £17m programme of school upgrades, £11m fire training centre and currently working on a £5.7m creative hub/artist studio development in Inverness for Wasps Studios.

ONGOING/RECENT PROJECTS
INVERNESS CREATIVE HUB £5.71m project by Wasps Studios, developed in two phases, to deliver a new hub of artist studios, offices and public cafe/gallery space in Inverness City Centre. The project will deliver a much needed centre of creativity and engagement for the Highlands, and will accommodate over 39 artists, over 59 creative businesses and public cafe, events and exhibition space. PERTH CREATIVE EXCHANGE A project by Wasps Studios, in partnership with Perth & Kinross Council, to deliver a hub for artists, makers and creative industries businesses, supported by the local business incubation service and business mentoring services which will also be resident in the building. FIRE TRAINING CENTRE A major £11m+ project for a local fire authority to deliver a bespoke fire training academy and real-fire/incident command simulation facilities.
SCHOOL UPGRADE PROGRAMME A rolling £17m programme of primary school upgrades to provide mechanical ventilation in schools under an airport flight path. The project aims to improve the quality of the learning environment, by reducing the disruptive noise ingress from flights overhead. The project had a complex group of stakeholders which required careful coordination.
